Requires 1% of purchase price from borrower's funds

Areas: Unincorporated Areas of the County of San Diego and the cities of: Coronado, Del Mar, Imperial Beach, Lemon Grove, Poway, and Solana Beach. Maximum Purchase Price: $451,250

MCC program - Federal Income Tax Credit of 20% of the annual interest you pay on your home.

Example: Loan Amount = $250,000 x 6% x .20 = $3000.00 annual tax credit or $250/m.

May be used in conjunction with the DCCA program.

Areas: Throughout the County of San Diego, except: National City, La Mesa, Solana Beach, and Del Mar.

Maximum Purchase Price: $546,000 depending upon Census Tract.
